In 2006 Tom Ford also launched 'Tom Ford Beauty' with his first fragrance, Black Orchid. After 6 months, his luxurious 'Private Blend' collection was presented. The collection provides 6 different fragrances: Neroli Portofino, Jasmin Rouge, Oud Wood, Tuscan Leather, Tobacco Vanilla and Noir de Noir.Tom Ford today has 6 signature fragrances for men and women and the 'Private Blend' collection is still a success. His first launch of makeup in his brand was 'Private Blend Lip Colour' collection which was released in 2010. Tom Ford has also premiered his first film in 2009, 'A Single Man'. He co-wrote and directed this drama. It stars Colin Firth and Julian Moore. The film was a hit and had an Oscar nomination swell as two Golden Globe nominations!

Tom Ford made his long-awaited return to womenswear in 2010 since his Gucci designs. His womenswear collection was presented in New York and was an intimate show. His collection included, cocktail and evening wear, suits and separates, including accessories and jewellery. The collection was described as 'timeless, sexy and elegant silhouettes highlights and amplifies a woman's personal style and individuality.'
